For offline application, please click the “Download Registration Form” button below to download the registration form into Hallmark Heights College. Downloaded forms should be duly filled and emailed to info@hallmarkschools.ng.

For online applications, please fill the “Online Application Form” on this page.
Both offline and online applications require a registration fee of N10,000. See “Registration Fee” section below for payment details. Thank you.
